angkasa17 Platform Privacy Notice
This page describes what we collect when you use angkasa17 and how we keep that data protected. Generic privacy policies often describe data collection in isolation; our privacy notice explains what we collect specifically for KYC verification, payment processing, game settlement, and account security—because each piece of data serves a concrete purpose on our platform.
We operate angkasa17 directly, not through third-party intermediaries. This means we hold your account data, payment records, and game history on our own encrypted infrastructure. We do work with payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers like DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking) and regulatory compliance partners, but we never sell or rent your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
This notice covers what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, your rights over your data, and how to contact us if you have questions.
What Data We Collect on angkasa17
We collect information in three contexts: account creation, verification, and gameplay.
Account Creation
When you sign up for angkasa17, we request your email address, mobile phone number, and a password of your choice. We use your email to send verification links, password-reset codes, and transaction confirmations. Your phone number is used for one-time verification codes during login and SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) if you enable it.
KYC Verification
Before your first withdrawal, we require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. We ask for a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driving licence), a live selfie taken on your device, and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). We store these documents in encrypted form on our servers. KYC is mandatory under Indonesian financial regulations and is processed within 2–4 hours on weekdays.
Data we hold
- Email address and phone number for account access and notifications
- Password hash (never plain-text storage) for login security
- KYC documents (ID, selfie, address proof) for regulatory compliance
- Payment method details: bank account, e-wallet identifiers, virtual account numbers
- Game history, bet records, balance ledger, and transaction logs
- IP address and device identifier for login tracking and fraud prevention
Gameplay and Transaction Data
Every spin, bet, win, deposit, and withdrawal is logged. We record your balance, game session history, bet amounts, outcomes, and settlement status. We store the timestamp, amount, and method for each transaction. This record is permanent and accessible to you in your account dashboard.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- Account management: Login verification, password reset, email and SMS notifications.
- Legal compliance: KYC verification, transaction reporting, anti-money-laundering (AML) checks required by Indonesian financial regulators.
- Payment processing: Deposit and withdrawal handling via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
- Game settlement: Recording bets, calculating outcomes, crediting wins, and maintaining your balance ledger.
- Account security: Detecting suspicious login patterns, fraud prevention, 2FA, and unauthorized access alerts.
- Customer support: Responding to your inquiries via email and in-app chat, troubleshooting deposits, withdrawals, and game issues.
Third Parties and Data Sharing
We share your data with the following partners only as necessary:
Payment Processors
When you deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or your bank (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), we share your name, phone number, and transaction amount with that payment provider so they can process the transfer. Payment processors are bound by their own privacy policies and Indonesian financial data-protection laws.
Regulatory and Compliance Partners
We share transaction records with regulators and compliance partners as required by Indonesian law and the jurisdictions where angkasa17 operates. This includes AML checks, identity verification, and transaction reporting.
Support and Technical Partners
We may use third-party email, SMS, and chat service providers to send you notifications and support responses. These partners see your contact information and message content but are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering our communications.
Important: We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, marketers, or data brokers. Your account information is not used for behavioral targeting or sold to third parties.
Cookies and Tracking
angkasa17 uses session cookies to maintain your login and track your session activity. Session cookies expire after subject to verification of inactivity or when you log out. We do not use persistent cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not track your browsing outside angkasa17.
Our Android APK may send push notifications to your device if you enable them—this is a one-way notification service and does not track your location or activity outside the app.
Data Storage and Security
We store all angkasa17 account data on encrypted servers protected by SSL/TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest. Your password is hashed using industry-standard cryptography and is never stored or transmitted in plain text. KYC documents are encrypted and retained for the duration of your account.
Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction (Indonesia) to provide redundancy and performance. By using angkasa17, you acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored outside Indonesia in compliance with data-protection standards.
